Official Service Center for Excess, Beneteau, Lagoon, Neel, Seawind Sail Tahiti takes care of manufacturer’s warranties: you don’t have to pay anything if the repair is under warranty. We provide the link with the shipyard for the shipment of parts, repair instructions and, of course, payments.

We have direct access to the shipyards’ design offices, so we can guarantee quality work that meets your boat’s specifications.

We diagnose and repair your boat’s electrical problems: wiring, batteries, controllers, charging systems. Sail Tahiti installs solar panels and traditional or lithium batteries. We keep a permanent stock of equipment to meet urgent needs.

Sail Tahiti is the distributor of Garmin marine electronics in Polynesia. We also diagnose and repair Raymarine, Simrad and B&G brands. With direct access to equipment manufacturers and boatbuilders’ design offices, we offer the classic or innovative solutions best suited to your needs.

Sail Tahiti distributes Incidences and Elvstrom sails, as well as NV upholstery and solar protection. We offer to replace your sails with models strictly identical to those originally fitted to your boat, with the option of customizing them with fabrics, special cuts, logos, etc. Our prices are equivalent to those for new sails and upholstery in Europe.

Sail Tahiti carries out the usual mechanical work on all makes of boat. For more complex jobs or engine warranty maintenance, we arrange appointments and validate the work carried out for you. You have the peace of mind of knowing that our team has checked the maintenance of your engine or generator.

Sail Tahiti carries out work on your boat’s hull and structure in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. As an official service center for the Beneteau Group, we guarantee you work carried out to the highest standards. We work in marinas or on dry land, in the Marquesas Islands, Papeete, Taravao or Raiatea.

Sail Tahiti carries out inspections and adjustments of standing and running rigging, according to the manufacturer’s specifications. No improvisation, just precise, reliable measurements! We distribute Sparcraft, Profurl and Facnor parts and equipment. Our technological watch enables us to offer you the most innovative solutions to facilitate your navigation, such as electric furlers for code zero.

Are you going away for a few weeks or months, and want a professional team to look after your boat, its mooring and its main equipment while you’re away? Sail Tahiti combines rigor, technical know-how and outstanding customer service. What’s more, with our application, you can follow the status of your boat and any interventions directly on your smart phone, in real time. Finally, if you’d like us to prepare your boat to welcome you, fill up with fuel or refuel it so that you can set sail immediately, just give us a call. Finally, we can receive, store and install your packages. You can count on us to free you from logistical constraints, so you can enjoy your boat in Polynesia to the full.

Our offices are in the Vaima center, directly opposite the Papeete marina. Our technical team works in the marinas of Papeete, Taina, Moorea and Taravao, at the Technimarine shipyard, in Raiatea and in the Marquesas.

We ship spare parts to all the islands of Polynesia. For parts we have in stock, delivery time is less than a week. For emergency orders from Europe or the USA, add one week to 10 days for delivery from the country of origin.

We invoice small jobs on the basis of the number of hours spent. Our rates range from 50 euros ex VAT (deck fittings, caretaking) to 80 euros ex VAT (electronics, rigging), depending on the complexity of the task. For complete overhauls and major equipment installations, we offer flat rates.
